Not all days go as smooth or as well planned as others but I'm grateful for every day I'm blessed with. With this approaching New Year I'm excited and nervous, I'm going to book my flight to Australia today, then I'm going to be crazy busy preparing for my extended stay abroad.

I wish you a very Happy New Year, I'll post a special photo from Australia for you in hopes it will help you get through your mid winter, January blues!darlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04886502544010479581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672179588521771165.post-72276091964574148722011-12-27T10:39:27.908-07:002011-12-27T10:39:27.908-07:00January does tend to be a dreary month...hope you ...January does tend to be a dreary month...hope you cheer up..Debhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11745604261113221887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672179588521771165.post-77178598704786068932011-12-27T10:35:38.765-07:002011-12-27T10:35:38.765-07:00a fresh new calendar page is a beauty to withhold!...a fresh new calendar page is a beauty to withhold! :)TexWisGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13641962051044162710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672179588521771165.post-81984299869516443272011-12-27T10:16:58.771-07:002011-12-27T10:16:58.771-07:00You are sooo not alone! I think it's a natural letdown after all the hustle, bustle and excitement leading up to the big day. The body just can't sustain that level of enthusiasm - at least mine can't.

January and February are dark days, especially here in the north, but I rather like them - the quiet and darkness is a balm to the soul - except when this soul is forced out to drive in the snow that accompanies those months.

I wish you a new year full of hope and promise.Pat MacKenziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10497617342638521940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7672179588521771165.post-28709190761561467792011-12-27T10:14:58.723-07:002011-12-27T10:14:58.723-07:00I know exactly what you mean - all the buying, wra...I know exactly what you mean - all the buying, wrapping, cleaning, cooking etc. Then on the day itself visitors, eating, drinking and merriment.
