Garlic Bulbs were finally planted... 

October had a record rainfall ....so time in the garden was limited...

We will see what happens now in the spring!

This is the edge of Centennial Park... 

I was hoping you could see the playground and spray park to the left...

but it was the trees that caught my eye...

When we walk around town...sometimes I see something...

that makes me stop and take a picture... so some Wednesdays... I'll post these pictures!

Goat River

Goat River is a walk away....from our house
After record rainfall this fall...the river is rushing again!

Driftwood Projects

Those of you who follow me...know hubby is a collector...and one thing he collects is driftwood. He has worked on a couple projects with his collection...

 The pieces are attached with wooden dowels.

He wanted to preserve the driftwood...so he purchased a natural oil...and was hoping the colour didn't change....

 It darkened them... I think the 'bird like' one lost some of it's unique markings...but he is enjoying working with the wood!

Glad he is 'using' his collection pieces...he has also made one more Driftwood ladder.
