The last thing I needed was one more 'thing' on the computer to take my time.
But it happened....Pinterest.... and more and more I am enjoying looking and pinning.
I must say that I have found some interesting things and wonderful recipes!!
The other night I tried a new recipe I found on Pinterest....
'Roasted Veggies with Avocado Cream and Feta'....
The recipe calls for an Acorn Squash...I took the seeds...
tossed them with some Olive Oil, salt and pepper...
baked them when I was roasting the vegetables....
ummm ummm!! They made a great appetizer...
To be honest... I wondered how good they really would be...
But let me tell you they were better than delicious....
