Quilting

I started a quilt for my Grandson's Fiance....last fall. She picked the material at an online store. I didn't realize when I ordered the material that some was backed order. Needless to say...I received the last of my material a couple weeks ago. So that has made it slow going...that plus there were blocks that  took more time..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They have now been married 4 months....and I finally started sewing the rows....

Yuma Quilt Top

I really didn't think I could finish it....living in our little park model...

without a proper cutting area...

but the top is is done!

 I proudly took it down to the clothes line for a picture shot.... 

As I was working on my post.... guess what??? I made a mistake!!!.... Can you see it??

Well I fixed it up... and humbly hung it in our back yard...for its photo shot:)

I'll square it up at home..... and give it a good pressing,

Quilt Complete

I made up our spare room with the Quilt that I started last spring.

I had picked up a handmade bed skirt with hand crochet lace along the bottom...if you look at the post when I bought it I never thought I would use it as a bed skirt...but it worked perfect for the bed and the quilt!!

Well I have some pictures to put up and I would like to make some pillow shams then I think my little guest room is ready!!
