Obstacles along the way

“God allows us to experience the low points of life

in order to teach us lessons

that we could learn in no other way.”

Fences

Have you ever wondered....
Is a fence to keep something in?
Or is a fence to keep something out?

'Don't ever take a fence down
until you know why it was put up.'
Robert Frost

Walk down the road...

Hubby and I walk alot. I walk just about every morning...but this one day I turned right instead of my usual left turn...
What have I been missing....
Quiet Country
 Farm Animals...
This one did not like his picture taken...
he started straight towards me...
All these years and I've never taken this walk..
...right in my backyard!
I think I'll be walking 'Right' more often!

River Float

September and the temperatures in the the 30's C...
It's mid week and hubby's now retired...
We haven't had time in years to float down the river...
Today is the day!
First we have to drop off our bikes where we will end our floating...
We drive 16 Km to where we will launch the dingy...

 Pump it up. . .
We're set to go...
The scenery is beautiful.  . .

We see bird, hear crickets,

It is the most peaceful thing to do!
Three hours and 11.2 Km later we are by our bikes.
We now tie up our dingy and ride our bikes 15 Km to the car! What a beautiful bike ride ...
We pick up the dingy...now we're headed home...
So next time if any of you want to join us...
we'd love to have you along:)

National Puppy Day

Miss Pepper…..she changed our life… But life wouldn’t be as full without her! She is a kind sweet puppy that always ‘try’s😳’ to please.
