Well I didn't until I read This Blog...
And I read it just as I was wondering what to make for supper...
So we had Waffles on National Waffle Day...
Had to find a healthy recipe...
It was yummy... (but I did put some unhealthy bacon with it...oops:)

(Note... I used coconut milk in the recipe... I believe that is what she uses...
but didn't put the coconut in the recipe...but coconut milk is in the directions.)

ReplyDeleteSo......are y'all HOME home? I am going to make waffles Easter morning! Using YOUR recipe, of course!! We hope to leave early Saturday morning. It HAS been a journey but we are at the end. Physically, mentally and spiritually! Moving on to a more regular Grandma and Granddad relationship with the quads!

ReplyDeleteYum! I had no idea it was National Waffle day, and I made oven baked french toast just so we could have a taste of our first batch of maple syrup of the year, shoot, I would have had waffles instead :)
