Miscellany Monday

I've been gone for awhile...but summer fun has happened....

We've watched the parade in our hometown...

Marching bands...
Returned to the city and enjoyed K-Days....it had been 41 years since the first and only other time I have gone here...

Enjoyed 'Taste of Edmonton".....42 restaurants..plus 2 food trucks...set up food tents and you can taste their great food!!...
What summer fun have you been up to??

  1. I'm glad you have had a good time this summer. We have just visited our local mountain park, a local monastery, and spent time with friends.

  8. We missed our local festival due to rain this year -- the County Fair is going on right now, but it's rainy again and about 68 degrees. What's up with that?

  9. Well, we have had quite the summer and it isn't over. We've been to DesMoines, Iowa, Omaha, Nebraska and are headed to Seattle, WA on the 12th of Aug. It has been fun filled and hopefully it will be a whole lot cooler in WA than it is here in Louisiana. Happy week!
