ENDED..... when a neighbour brought us 30 plus pounds of plums...

  I froze some

Canned some

Dried some...plum leather...The leather is a yummy snack...

Half plums can be reconstituted...or used in baking and cookie when fresh plums are not available!!
(I still have a good half bag of fresh ones left!!)
