Beautiful images Bev -- looks like lovely weather in your parts. xo
ReplyDeleteThe wadding pools look like fun...I'd be a big kid and get in there right along with the kids! You have had some heavy duty rain with that much standing water afterwards...wow. Have a great wkend.
ReplyDeleteHi sweetie!! It's so good to hear from you as well!! I've missed being on and seeing all you are up to. I love your random 5 today. Your parking lot after the rain... wow!! And the wading pool... how fun is that!? My kiddos would have a total blast in there. :) 100 year old birthday for the bridge... that would have been so lovely to see, and I am definitely going to have to look into the natural deodorant. That would be soo nice to use! Thank you so much for stopping by and saying hi today! Have the most blessed weekend sweetie!!
ReplyDeleteThe rains we get are still soaking in nice. Flooding is not fun.
ReplyDelete100 years is historical and something fun to celebrate!
Hope you have a good weekend.

ReplyDeleteWow! That is a soaked parking lot!
ReplyDeleteAnd i had no idea about the tomatoes. :). Good to know.
Wonderful photos! Have a lovely weekend!

ReplyDeletenice "puddle"....how do contractors get paid for work/paving when the drainage is improper??
have a happy weekend!!
Yesterday was a scorcher here, so the wading pool would have offered welcome relief.
ReplyDeleteHi Bev, the wading pool looks tempting even for us grown ups. I need to find me one.
ReplyDeleteThat's neat about the natural deoderant. Like your other facts too.
ReplyDeleteA wading pool looks so inviting right now! It's a good thing that those tomatoes don't go to a waste! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love Random Friday and must remember to link up soon. Yours was truly random and that makes it even more fun.
ReplyDeleteThe baby in the fountain -- so fun! I like your blog verse on hope. I'm stopping by from the linkup at A Rural Journal :)
ReplyDeleteI love the photo of the little one in the wading pool! I bet she was having the time of her life.
ReplyDeleteWe were in a nearby city today and I was waiting in the truck for my husband while he went into Lowe's. While he was gone for less than 10 minutes, it poured rain, then the sun came out. He didn't even know it had rained while he was in the store. We've had a lot of those showers lately.
Your parking lots are turning into wading pools. I've tried natural deodorants and they don't seem to work when I really need them to!
ReplyDeleteI really liked your randomness here. I've never been to the wading pools at the leg. Must make sure to do that with the grands sometime this summer. Great picture of the High Level Bridge. Lloyd and I walked across the pedestrian part of the pretty blue bridge beside it last week.
ReplyDeleteA little rainy - but very beautiful! sandie
