Inspired Sunday

Fifty years ago I'm sure this church settling looked different.
That was when hubby attended this church with his Grandma and Aunt when he visited the city...
The City has grown up around it and it is almost hidden away among the highrises...

  1. wow, it really is surrounded by so many tall buildings. i wonder what the limits (for heights) would be in the city? i wonder what they would do if they wanted to enlarge their sanctuary? guess they would have to move else where??! ( :

  4. I love how the only visible "green" is surrounding the church: it looks like the church nurtures more than souls.

  8. I'm glad this church has some trees around it. It's a fine looking church regardless of the high rise buildings nearby.

  9. The church has a design that tells «Louis» it was built in the '50s!
