Chocolate cake...in 5 minutes

The boys' were in the shop working...
My granddaughter was showing me how to make this monkey...
We both made a family of monkeys!
After lunch everyone made their own Chocolate Cake.

Here's the recipe....thanks goes to my cousin!
(I sprayed the mugs before using)
There was not much virtue around the table....
they all were able to eat the whole mug of cake...
even after a big lunch....
hubby was able to down his and half of mine!
Enjoy....

  1. Wow! I've added your recipe to make recipes to try file. Just the novelty of cookie it in a mug in the microwave makes me smile. Have a great day.

  3. I've heard of this recipe, but I've never tried it. Does it have a cake texture or more of a mousse texture?

  4. O.k... this is the last time... Then I'm going to have coffee and try to recover from my late night quilting adventure. What I was trying to say is:

  15. This is brilliant. I'm going to have to save this recipe for when I have a houseful and nothing to feed them for a nice treat. What a wonderful way to spend a day; family, fun and food. :-)
