Random 5 Friday....

Friday again... where do our weeks go?:)

I am linking with Nancy at A Rural Journal

1. Over all the weather has been beautiful this week.
A few cool windy days...but I am enjoying the spring weather so much!!
2. Did some sewing this week... tried making a Tulle skirt for a little girl..
3. I have this old lamp...I found in a Antique Shop....
...its one of those purchases...you're glad you made!

 4. I tried a new Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe this week...
It is delicious...
It has oatmeal, chocolate chips and toffee bits it in...the bad thing is it is hard to stop eating them...

5. I found out this week...that the Rutherford Museum Tea House has shut down....
It is so sad...it was such a beautiful place to visit and have a delicious lunch!!
We will miss it

  20. I never knew the Rutherford shut down, that's no good. I'd never made it there for a tea ever and now will not have the opportunity to do so... such is life.

    The cookies look absolutely delicious!

The skirt is so cute, I have no idea how you sew with such slippery material, I can't ever seem to line it up! lol

    Have a wonderful week!
