This weekend, we celebrate Thanksgiving.
How often do we really stop and think about things we are thankful for?
I find I get so busy, that my thoughts seem to be on what I am busy at,
and all the things that are not right in my life.
But....when I pause to think of all the good in my life....
It's amazing how my attitude can change !
We have no right to ask when sorrow comes,
"Why did this happen to me?"
unless we ask the same question
for every moment of happiness that comes our way.

Flora I used to write in a gratitude journal every night. I would write down a minimum of 3 things I was grateful for in my day and they had to be different, it couldn't be the same thing every day. I got into the habit of living in gratitude, even when things aren't going so great I can find something to be grateful for and what a wonderful way to live. It's hard to be upset when you live with an attitude of gratitude!
